Program description
Charter businesses may use CharterOsprey to send booking confirmations, trip reminders, schedule changes, captain-on-the-way notices, balance notices, and customer-service replies. Message frequency varies with bookings and customer requests.
Consent
By opting in, you authorize the identified charter business and its service providers to send automated transactional text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing messages require separate consent where applicable.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. A final confirmation may be sent after an opt-out. You may also contact the charter business directly.
Rates, carriers, and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability.
Number changes and eligibility
You represent that you control the mobile number provided and will notify the charter business if that changes. The program is intended for users age 18 or older or those acting with an authorized adult.
